Your JV Lady Hawks continued their great team play. They came out strong taking an early 8-4 lead to end the first quarter. They continued their offensive show by pouring in an impressive 12 points in the second quarter. Your Lady Hawks went into the half with a commanding 20-7 lead. The Cadets made a run of their own applying some pressure to your Lady Hawks and scored 13 points in the third quarter. Your Lady Hawks only had an 8 point lead going into the fourth. The pressure really got to the Lady Hawks and they only scored 3 points in the fourth. But their defensive efforts are what secured their 31-27 win over the Cadets. Player of the Game Grace Gill had 10 points and an overall impressive game and Abigail Mason added in 9 points and 4 steals to the win.
