The DCHS Men’s Swim/Dive team defeated Beech Grove High School 95-81 on Thursday night. Six different Aquahawks contributed to a total of seven event wins on the evening. Event winners for the Hawks were:

200 Medley Relay of Brayden Vandeventer, PJ Paul, Timothy Nowling and Dylan Rohrman
PJ Paul – 200 Individual Medley
Timothy Nowling – 50 Freestyle
Brendan Hayes – 500 Freestyle
Brayden Vandeventer – 100 Backstroke
PJ Paul – 100 Breaststroke
400 Freestyle Relay of Brayden Vandeventer, Jason Frosch, Dylan Rohrman, and Timothy Nowling

Swimmer of the Meet honors for the Beech Grove meet is Sophomore PJ Paul. PJ stepped up this evening with two individual event wins and a relay victory in the 200 Medley Relay. “PJ’s hard work through the course of the last year is starting to pay off in competition,” Head Coach Charles Grace stated. “He’s swimming with confidence right now and the results are showing up in competition.”

The 3-1 Aquahawks meet up with conference foe Mooresville on Saturday morning at 10am. Come to the DCHS Natatorium to support the Swimming and Diving program!
