Decatur Central Sports Medicine

The mission of the Decatur Central sports medicine program is to provide high quality, comprehensive sport medicine care for all sports-related injuries and illnesses. To meet the health needs of the student-athlete and their families, the sports medicine program is sponsored by Community Health Network Sports Medicine to provide access to all specialties of healthcare around the Indianapolis area.

Community Sports Medicine has partnered with Decatur Central High School and Decatur Middle School to provide medical coverage to its student-athletes year round. The team is compromised of three full-time athletic trainers and a sport medicine physician. Our goal is to minimize risk of injuries, inspire top performance, and promote overall wellness in communities.
