Notice to all Athletes:
We will provide open training sessions for all our students. APC students may use these sessions twice a week to finish their course and gain credit on their transcript. You may not attend any session if you have another DCHS class at that session’s scheduled time. We want you to continue to have opportunities to get stronger/stay active, improve your physical performance, and work to stay injury-free, even during the school’s mandated transition to a virtual setting.
*We are offering virtual options for those who are not comfortable coming in to take advantage of our planned sessions. Please see Mr. Lane or Mr. Enright for details on this option.
