Attached you will find the summer workout schedule for the summer for both boys and girls tennis. We will be practicing on court every Monday through Thursday from 4-6 during the listed days. Also, athletes need to make sure they have a completed physical on file (physical forms can be picked up from the athletic office). FORMS NEED TO BE FROM THE SCHOOL AND NOTE FROM YOUR DOCTOR! THERE ARE SPECIFIC PAGES THAT ARE REQUIRED BY THE IHSAA!
Important things to note:
- Guys lifting is on Monday and Wednesday, while the ladies lift on Tuesday and Thursday
- The workout schedule runs right into the first days of school in August
- There is a week off the week of July 4th for Moratorium Week
