Tech Fall the Weights is a program designed by the Decatur Central Wrestling Coaching staff to improve and motivate DC Wrestlers to make or maintain gains in the weight room. The DC Wrestling Coaching staff is partnering with the DCHS Strength and Conditioning Coach and Athletic Department for this program. The program is based on a Wrestler’s index or overall weight lifted for the following exercises: Bench, Squats and Power Clean. Each wrestler must reach 15pts in order to be a member of the club. Points and how to achieve those points are listed below. Once a wrestler is a club member they will receive a club t-shirt and will be invited to the club events.
