Rogge to Lead Hawk Lady Runners

Decatur Central Athletics has promoted Courtney Rogge to the Head Coaching position of the Lady Hawk Cross Country program. Courtney graduated from Angola High School in 2006 and was a three-sport athlete. She attended college at Ball State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Technology Education in 2010 and a Master of Arts in Technology Education in 2011. Courtney came to DCHS in 2016 as a teacher and assistant cross country coach from Center Grove High School where she served in the same capacity.

“I’m excited to see what else we can do with our girls cross country program. I plan on building on the training that the girls already have in place while also focusing on skills that will help them in their life-long fitness journey,” said Coach Rogge.

DC Director of Athletics Justin Dixson said, “We are very excited for Coach Rogge and our Women’s Cross Country program. Courtney is highly respected in our building as a teacher and coach. Her passion, professionalism, and knowledge will build our program.”
